Engaging with the California Board of Parole Hearings (BPH)

The California Board of Parole Hearings (BPH) holds their Board meetings, open to the public, monthly. These meetings take place at 1515 K Street, 5th Floor, Sacramento, CA. There is also an option to attend virtually (by video).  That information is listed on each month’s agenda posted on the BPH website.  Anyone can attend and speak to the Board regarding issues related to lifer parole or individual cases that are on the calendar for en banc review.

It’s important to check the BPH website no more than 10 days prior to the meeting to confirm meeting times and review the agenda.
